We don’t believe in off-the-shelf solutions, because your home is as unique as you are. But regardless of your project’s scope, one thing remains the same: our process revolves around you. We’ll do all the legwork to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want, and we’ll stay in the picture until you’re completely comfortable operating your home’s new system.

Step One

Discover

Whether you’re building a new home or updating your existing one, our process begins with a discovery meeting to better understand your needs. We’ll schedule some time to get to know each other so that we may get a better idea of the project scope, your budget, and your home plans, if applicable.

Step Two

Design

Based on what we learn about you in our initial meeting, we design a state-of-the-art system for your home. Do you want every last piece of technology in your house to be connected? You’ve got it. Just looking for a cool theater room to enhance your family’s viewing experiences? That’s fine too. We can meet you wherever you are. With Element, you don’t have to worry about us trying to sell you anything you don’t want or need.

Step Three

Finalize

We meet again to review our recommendations and go over the overall design and price of the project. Our team can make tweaks as necessary to be sure we’ve captured your vision.

Step Four

Coordinate

Once we’ve gotten your approval on the plans, we communicate with your builder or contractor (if applicable) to determine if the proposed design requires any additional construction. If it does, don’t worry—we’ll coordinate everything. Regardless of whether construction is necessary, we’ll do a walkthrough with you to determine the exact location of all equipment: TVs, speakers, etc.

Step Five

Prepare

Next, we perform a pre-wire installation for your equipment. We’ll run all low-voltage wire, cabling, and speaker wire that may be required to run the system. And don’t worry about any ugly wires showing through, because all of this is hidden within the walls of your home. We also place the mounting brackets, speaker brackets, and any other logistics necessary to install the equipment in your home.

Step Six

Install

Now that the framework has been established for your system, we can proceed with installing all technical equipment: speakers, receivers, security systems, network equipment, TVs, and any other automation equipment. We also program all of your equipment (including apps on your smart devices) so that you may power the control system.

Step Seven

Train

The project isn’t complete until you’re comfortable operating your new system. We understand that technology can be complicated, so we’ll provide up to three hands-on trainings if that’s what it takes to get you up to speed!
